Located just 15 minutes’ drive from the picturesque Colwyn Bay, this charming, family-run, Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and boasts 2 acres of private grounds. It has striking Gothic-style features, an honesty bar, free internet and free parking.

Rooms at Ffarm Country House are elegant and traditionally furnished, and each benefits from a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Borneo Luxury Double or Twin Room - First Floor. Spacious room with a luxury bathroom with a semi-sunken bathtub and separate shower. This room can either accommodate an additional cot for an infant under 2 years of age or an additional child bed for a child. Additional fees apply. ;
Coral Luxury Double or Twin Room - Ground Floor. This room is situated on the ground floor and is the most spacious of the Luxury Rooms at the Ffarm. The en suite bathroom features a bath and a separate wet room shower area. This room can accommodate up to 2 additional child beds or cots for infants (please see child policies for the applicable supplements that may apply). ;
Venice Luxury Suite - First Floor. A very spacious room that serves as the Ffarms bridal suite or family room. The room includes 2 additional single day-beds that serve as comfy sofas to watch the large 40-inch flat-screen TV. For families the room can accommodate up to 2 children on the day beds plus one infant in a cot but child supplements may apply (please see section on child policies) The advertised room rate is for 2 adults and includes breakfast. ;
Hemingway Luxury Double or Twin Room - Second Floor.
