Central Wave - Brighton & Hove

Just off Brighton seafront, Central Wave is a listed period property located on New Steine.

All rooms have WiFi access and feature a flat-screen TV and seating area. The large double rooms will face Brighton seafront.

Just metres from Brighton beach, Central Wave is a 5-minute walk from the Sea Life Centre. The famous boutiques and shops of the Laines are just a 5-minute walk away.

Dear guests remember we make a pre authorize damage deposit of £50.00 on top of the room rate before you can check in.
The parking available near the property is pay and display on the streets near the property and some NPC parking nearby, we cannot guarantee availability or book in advance for guests. Guests have to arrange and pay for their own parking.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Guests should be aware that the property has a strict non-smoking policy inareas and fines up to GBP 500 might be incurred for smoking anywhere in the property, including the rooms.

Standard Twin Room. Has 2 single beds, a flat-screen TV with digital channels, and a shower room and toilet, but the sink is in the bedroom. Located at the back of the house on the 2nd or 3rd floor. ;
Family Room (4 Adults). This room has a flat-screen digital TV. It is individually decorated and situated at the back of the house. ;
Family Room. With a shared shower room and digital flat-screen TV. This room is on the ground floor and is at the front of the building. There is a toilet in the room. ;
Standard Family Room. One room is on the second floor while the other is on the 3rd floor (please state preference when booking, subject to availability). With an en suite shower room, and come with a flat-screen digital TV. ;
Single Room with Sea View. This room offers views towards Brighton Pier and a flat-screen TV. One has an en suite bath and one an en suite shower (please specify preference when booking). The room with bath is on first floor and the one with shower is on the second floor. ;
