- From East: A69 road signposted Carlisle City Centre. Followthe way toward city centre and then take the left just after Papa Johns pizza onto Cecil Street.

Free parking, car park English Gate Plaza South is located at the back of the hotel, please use the postcode CA1 1NT , entrance via Portland Place or Cecil Street. Parking is free from arrival till 12 noon on the day of check out, the back door will lead you to the reception area, please inform staff at check in to register your vehicle.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
