Ramside Hall Hotel Golf & Spa iswithin a 350-acre estate, featuring 2 Championship golf courses, with a combined 36 holes amidst mature woodlands and lakes.

The spacious bedrooms, many with scenic views, feature elegant décor and modern bathrooms, work desks, satellite TVs with Sky and BT Sports and luxurious Elemis toiletries. There are many upgrades available, including use of a chauffeur-driven Bentley Mulsanne.

The hotel boasts 5 restaurants in total with the newly added The Pin Sports Bar including the award-winning Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill and Fusion with a pan-Asian menu. Charcoa offers traditional British cuisine throughout the day and informal dining is also available in the Clubhouse.

Complimentary spa access includes access to the indoor 25-metre swimming pool, bubble pool, steam room and sauna. Access to the hydro-pool and outdoor pool is reserved for guests on spa packages and members. During busy times guests will be limited to a 1-hour time slot and guests may be allocated access on check-in.

A tempting menu of Elemis treatments is available within the Spa, subject to availability. Booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Just 450 yards from Junction 62 on the A1M, the hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham and 25 minutes from Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Newcastle Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

We now have an entertainment center on site, The Pin – a 43-bay Toptracer driving range, shuffleboards, darts, and a 6-lane bowling alley. Along with a sports shop, private VIP booth, and changing rooms.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the rate of the Five-Bedroom House is based on 10 people sharing. If there are less guests than the maximum occupancy, the rate will remain the same.

Please note that the Three-Bedroom Chalet has 3 double twin beds. There is an additional cost for use of the additional pull down sofa beds.

Five-Bedroom House. This 19th-century farmhouse is surrounded by the golf course. An Aga cooker features in the kitchen, which has a pantry and a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. A housekeeping service is available by prior arrangement. A log fire and a TV with Sky channels feature in the lounge area. A raised patio with a BBQ overlooks the walled garden and pond. Please note that beds are zip and link. Please request either 5 twin rooms, or 3 double rooms and 2 twin rooms in the Special Request box when booking. Suite. The Suite includes an elegant lounge with a gas fire, and a bathroom with a deep bath and impulse shower. ;
Deluxe Twin Room. This spacious room features a luxury bathroom , a seating area and free bottled water. ;
Premier Double or Twin Room. This room comes with a large double bed or 2 twin beds. The luxury bathroom features a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath. Premier rooms offer Hypnos beds with quality duvets and pillows. ;
Junior Suite. Featuring a spacious lounge area with panoramic views over the golf course. The luxury bathroom comes with separate walk-in shower and large free-standing bath. ;
Celebration Suite. This Suite has a 7ft bed, a 90-inch TV, large round free-standing copper bath, dining and seating area ;
Treehouse Grand Suite. Built on stilts, the treehouse features two separate bedrooms, a private living room with mezzanine level accommodating a third king size bed, state-of-the-art bathroom complete with a free-standing copper bath and two outside hot tubs. There is 3 additional pull down sofa beds which incur additional costs. ;
Treehouse Studio Suite. The hot tub and spa bath are the standout features of this chalet. Featuring 1 bedroom, this spacious chalet offers 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a seating area and terraceyou can relax. The air-conditioned chalet provides a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe as well as lake views. The unit has 1 bed. ;
Treehouse Loft Suite. This chalet features a balcony, sofa and patio. ;
A Frame Treehouse. This chalets special features are the hot tub and the sauna. This chalet includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and free toiletries.
