Just off Edinburgh’s Royal Mile in the city centre, Holyrood Aparthotel features studio and 2-bedroom apartments, as well as an on-site gym. Each spacious lounge features a large-screen LCD TV, stereo and DVD player.

Each self-catering apartment at Holyrood Aparthotel offers modern bedrooms, Italian tiled bathrooms and a dining area. For an extra charge, guests can book breakfast hampers which are available for an additional charge which include a variety of continental items including Bread, Milk, Orange Juice, A selection of Jams, A selection of Cereals and muesli, Butter, Oatcakes, Cheese & Scottish Shortbread.

Holyrood Aparthotel features fully-equipped kitchens with washerdryers and free tea, coffee and milk. There is free internet access in the reception area, and there is also maid service upon request.

Restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk and Waverley Rail Station is 10 minutes’ walk away. Holyrood Park and the picturesque Arthur’s Seat can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

No cash payments are accepted. The same credit or debit card used to book must be physically present on check in to be pre-authorised for full reservation costs plus an additional £50.00 per apartment as a guarantee against any damages or additional charges. Check-in with other or multiple methods of payment will not be allowed.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day. Car parking reservations are mandatory.

In the Two-Bedroom Apartment, alternative bed configuration is available. It cannot be guaranteed.
