The property was initially built for Lord Tollemarch. Today, the spacious public areas are wood-panelled. There are 58 en suite rooms,of which are tastefully furnished.
Felixstowe is an Edwardian resort and, like the hotel itself, it still retains much of its original charm. The town features beautiful south-facing gardens, many attractions, safe beaches and a paved promenade. The hotel is just a mile (1.6 km) from the town’s port, and is approximately 30 miles from Harwich.
