If you require parking while youre away, contact the hotel Reservations team directly to check availability. Please be aware that this hotel does not have a lift, therefore the rooms and restaurants on the upper floors need to be accessed by the stairs.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Transport from the airport is possible in the following way:
1. Public Bus (The Public Bus is not free, charges apply) : Direct Access from Terminal 5 to Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5: From Terminal 5, follow the signs to ‘local buses’ and use bus 423 (I from Terminal 5). The hotel stop is called Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (J).
2. Via Heathrow POD automatic driverless electronic vehicles which transport customers between London Heathrow Airports Terminal 5 and the Thistle Hotel in just 5 minutes. (Charges apply.)

Lorries, coaches, and trucks cannot be accommodated in the car park due to space restrictions.
