Vandalism or Retaliation: Any act of vandalism — including suspected third-party retaliation linked to guest activity — will be treated as a serious incident and reported.

Key and Access Responsibility: Guests are responsible for returningkeys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys.

Damage and Reporting:damages or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges. Any damages will be reported to the booking platform, and guests may be held financially responsible.
