The Reform Restaurant serves a seasonal modern European menu between Wednesday and Saturday and serves a filling Sunday Lunch. Using only the freshest ingredients from local Lincolnshire suppliers, award winning Chef, Simon and his team prepare each dish to order. The extensive wine list has been designed to complement the cuisine and can be enjoyed in both the Reform Restaurant or The Castle Bar.

The Castle boasts modern interior design throughout the hotel. The stylish lounge offers table service, a lunch menu and afternoon tea from Wednesday to Sunday. Lincoln train station is 1.3 km away, and Humberside Airport is 50 km from the hotel.

The Reform Restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesdays until Sunday, and for dinner on Wednesday until Saturday.
