The Old Bridge House - Looe

With fantastic views overlooking the East Looe Harbour, the award-winning Old Bridge House is a guest house situated in the small coastal town of Looe. It has a bar and free Wi-Fi access.

The Old Bridge House is a family-run establishmentwe specialise in giving personal attention to the detail of our guests’ stay, as well as providing a very high standard of comfort.
Our rooms arewell equipped with first-class en-suite facilities, television and complimentary hospitality trays.

We ask guests not to consume Indian, Chinese, Fish & Chip or other hotaromatic Take-Aways in their rooms as the aroma lingers in the soft furnishings to the detriment of other guests experience. If you wish to eat a Take-away at The Old Bridge House please ask beforehand and we will arrange a table and cutlery for you in the Dining RoomBar.

On departure day guests are requested to vacate their rooms completely by 10.00am to allow for cleaning, re-stocking and maintenance.

LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PROPRIETOR’S PROPERTY

* Guest’s shall indemnify the proprietor for any loss or damage to the proprietor’s property or the furnishings, contents and equipment caused by the wilful act or default of the guest or persons within their control.

* The guest shall pay the proprietor on demand the amount required to make good or remedy the damage, or replace any missing items. For the sake of these terms and conditions, a guest smoking within the premises will constitute damage and the amount payable will be the additional cost of cleaning andor the replacement of soft furnishingsthese are considered unusable.

* If in the opinion of the proprietor the guest or anyone staying with (or visiting) the guest is not suitable to continue their occupation (or visit) because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the proprietor is entitled to treat the contract as at an end and the guest may be asked to vacate their room. The guest will remain liable for the full cost of the booking and any costs arising from the clauses above, and no refund shall be due.
