Please note on arrivalguests will be asked to present a credit or debit card for payment. Should your room have been prepaid you will still be asked for a chip-pin card preauthorisation of £50 per night contactless, Apple pay or any form of virtual card will not be accepted for this.

This is released back onto your pending balance providing none of our other services within the hotel have not been utilised and will appear back in your available balance within 14 days depending on your bank. This will open up a line of credit for bar, restaurant, room service or mini bar facilities.
