Each room in every Greenacres cottage has a TV and there are 2 deluxe bathrooms. Features also include a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer.

Guests can relax beside a wood-burner in the comfortable lounge, which has a TV. Children can have fun in a dedicated play area outside in the beautiful grounds.

With numerous beaches within easy reach, including in Par, just 3 miles away, Greenacres Cottages are close to a number of pretty coastal walks. There is also a small beach at Readymoney Cove.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

This property operates a self-check-in facility with the key accessed via a Keysafe. If you do not receive the Keysafe code 2 days prior to arrival, please contact Greenacres Cottages for the code.

For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.

Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
