Originally built in 1843, the elegant Château La Chaire is truly one of the islands finest country house hotels, with a superb fine-dining restaurant boasting AA Red Star and Rosette awards.

The restaurants menu feature seafood specialities and gourmet food made from locally sourced ingredients, including the delicious Bouley Bay scallops and Jersey sea bass.
